Pricing FAQ

Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees on any plan. The only one-off cost is optional Xero configuration (£120) if you’d like it set up for you.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrade at any time with no penalty. Give one month’s notice for any downgrades.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No long-term contracts. All plans are rolling monthly with one month’s notice to cancel.
What software do you use?
I work exclusively with Xero — MTD-compliant and included in your plan fee.
What if my transaction volume is higher?
We’ll discuss this on your free consultation. Essentials suits up to 25 transactions a month, Starter up to 75, and Growth covers unlimited volume.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay. Fees are fixed and reviewed annually with one month's notice.
